Use of Service

• pic0 allows you to upload and edit images using AI-powered tools.

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

Image Processing

• Uploaded images are processed securely via Google Gemini API.
• We do not store or retain any images after processing.
• By uploading an image, you grant us temporary permission to process it for editing purposes only.

User Responsibilities

• You agree not to upload or create illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• You must not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service in any way.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and access to the app.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, logo, and name pic0 belong to the developer. You retain full ownership of your original images and content.

Limitations of Liability

pic0 is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app.

Service Modifications

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to pic0 if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
